400 g Udon noodles
1 Carrot
1 stalk Spring onion
400 ml Broth
100 g Shrimps
2 cloves Garlic
  Chili flakes
  Oil
  Coriander

Step 1/5

Defrost shrimps and fry in oil and garlic.

Step 2/5

Boil udon noodles in water for 3 minutes according to package instructions.

Step 3/5

Heat broth and then add noodles.

Step 4/5

Cut carrots into thin strips and add to noodle broth along with shrimp and bring to a boil briefly.
