|400 g||Udon noodles|
|1 stalk||Spring onion|
Defrost shrimps and fry in oil and garlic.
Boil udon noodles in water for 3 minutes according to package instructions.
Heat broth and then add noodles.
Cut carrots into thin strips and add to noodle broth along with shrimp and bring to a boil briefly.
Serve hot and garnish with chopped cilantro and chili flakes.
