1 tsp Matcha powder
60 ml Hot water
Boba  
65 g Tapioca pearls
1 L Water
1-2 tsp Honey
500 ml Milk of your choice
250 g Ice cubes

Step 1/4

Prepare the matcha tea. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha green tea powder with hot water. Set aside and allow to cool.

Cook the tapioca pearls: Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the tapioca pearls to the water and stir until the pearls float to the surface. Boil the pearls for the time indicated on the package. Turn off the heat and carefully drain the boba. Pour the cooked boba into a bowl.

Sweeten the tapioca pearls: Add sweetener and stir the tapioca pearls. Let the tapioca pearls stand for about 5 minutes to absorb the sweetener, stirring a few times.

Assemble your drink: Divide the pearls between two glasses. Fill each glass with ice and top with milk. Finally, add the matcha green tea. Stir and enjoy.
