Not only super tasty, but also super fast to prepare: Hot Edamame, the perfect snack for in between, while watching series or with beer and wine! If you do not know the green beans yet, it is now high time.

200g Edamame
  Umami salt (normal also works)
  Chili flakes
1 tsp Chopped garlic (optional)

Cook the edamame for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2/3

Then place in an ice bath and drain well.

Step 3/3

Salt generously (with umami salt or medium-grain sea salt/flake salt) and add chili flakes to taste. Optionally add minced garlic and mix gently.
