200 g Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Baking soda
2 Eggs
45 g Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla sugar
125 ml Buttermilk
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  Butter for frying and greasing
  Maple syrup for serving
  Berries for serving

Step 1/3

Place flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Mix with a whisk and set aside. Place eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and buttermilk in a separate bowl. Whisk with a hand mixer until everything is well blended. Stir in flour mixture and oil until a smooth batter forms.

Step 2/3

Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Grease small cake rings with a little butter and place in pan. Fill the rings two-thirds full with the pancake batter. Fry pancakes in cake ring for about 4 minutes, then flip the ring over and continue frying on the other side for about 2 minutes.

Step 3/3

Carefully remove the pancake from the cake ring and serve with maple syrup and fresh berries. Enjoy your meal!
