Shio ramen is flavored primarily with salt, in Japanese shio. This recipe consists of a light but flavorful vegetable broth topped with delicious vegetables.
|1 tbsp||Sesame oil|
|3||Green part of spring onion|
|1||red chili pepper|
|8-10||Dried Shiitake mushrooms|
|1 pck.||Shin Ramyun|
|1 tsp||Soy sauce|
|Sesame oil for frying|
Bring 2-2.5L of water to a boil with the ingredients for the vegetable soup. After 45-55 minutes, taste and set aside the vegetable soup.
Cut the mushrooms diagonally left and right with a knife! Fry them in a hot pan with sesame oil, add some sake, soy sauce and mirin. Set aside.
Cook the Shin Ramyun according to package instructions for 3-4 minutes, drain and add to the Vegan Shio Ramen!
