Eat like the movie stars - You can now easily enjoy the combination from the 4-time Oscar winner "Parasite" at home.
Nutritional values per serving:
|1 package||Chapaghetti pasta|
|1 package||Neoguri noodles|
|200 g||Maling canned meat (optional)|
|1 TSP||Vegetable oil|
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Pour in the oil, cut the meat into small slices and fry for about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove everything from the heat, put it on a clean plate, cover and let it rest.
Take the pasta out of the package. Remove the sauces and seasonings and set aside.
In a large saucepan, bring 500ml of water to a boil. Pour in the pasta from both packages. Stir with tongs and cook for about 2-3 minutes until al dente.
Drain the pasta in a colander, reserving about 8 tablespoons of pasta water.
In a large bowl, add the sauces and dry seasonings from the neoguri and chapaghetti packages. Add the starchy pasta water and stir to make a sauce. Return the hot noodles to the bowl and toss to coat with the sauce.
Add the meat to the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Portion into bowls and serve hot.
